At CCCG, we're always excited to welcome new visitors! Drop by our Facebook page and get to know us. Leave a message in the Contact Us tab and we’ll give you a call to say hello. We hope you'll join us for a service, and we want to make your visit easy as possible. Drive by and see our beautiful building at 4 Church Lane, just off Rte 151 in Downtown Greenland. For Sunday services, there is a small parking lot located behind the church, where there is a ramp to enter the sanctuary for those with mobility challenges. You may also park along Portsmouth Avenue or Church Lane off the side of the road.
We’re not a “high church” congregation. We truly believe people come to God as they are (we find that God cares more about what’s inside each of us than keeping up appearances). We are a community of faith committed to hospitality, no matter what your faith background or none at all. We don’t get hung up on doctrines, creeds, or politics of the moment. Bring an open heart and experience God’s love as expressed through people who pursue forgiveness, compassion, mercy, and most of all, love of neighbor.
While a few people in the church wear ties, we recognize that Jesus never wore a tie. Shorts are as welcome as suits, and you'll see both. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress.
When you walk in, please find one of our greeters and introduce yourself...if they don’t find you first! Our greeters can point you to the restrooms, sanctuary and our fellowship area located at 44 Post Road in our Parish Hall. If you have any questions about the service itself, the greeters are able to provide helpful answers.
Be sure to hang around after the service and join us for our fellowship hour, where there's always a cup of coffee or tea and some yummy snacks to share. You'll have a chance to meet many other people in the church—it’s likely you’ll see some friends and neighbors! Come see what modern church looks and feels like.
