God's people have always been characterized by giving, but the way they've given has changed over time. For example, people no longer bring goats, sheep, calves and grain to God as they did in the Old Testament. Giving money is simple, easy and more convenient than ever. Community Congregational Church offers members, friends, neighbors, and supporters a new way to give their financial gifts, tithes, and support for our ministries and mission.
Anyone who would like to give to Community Congregational Church online is welcome to do so through our church website. The system makes it easy to quickly transfer money from a bank account or credit/debit card to the church safely and securely. Just click on the "Donate Now" button for one-time gifts, or set up recurring contributions. At the Community Congregational Church, we'll continue to take an offering during the service for people who prefer to give by cash or check. But for folks who'd rather transfer money electronically, giving through the church website is an easy option.
Giving is an important aspect of the Christian life. After all, Luke records that Jesus himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35). At Community Congregational Church, we want to encourage all to pray about giving and give as God leads you. Feel free to set up an account and make an offering, or contact Pastor Mark at 603.818.2328 (revbrock@bu.edu) for help with giving through the site.
To give by mail, write your check payable to "Community Congregational Church" and mail to: P.O. Box 128, Greenland, NH 03840. To donate online, click the "Donate Now" button below:
