Third Tuesday of every month
9:30 am - 12:00 pm
On the 3rd Tuesday of each month the Renegade Quilters meet at the Parish House. Anyone can drop in. We have three experienced quilters who lead the day. Typically we learn to make a new quilt block each month. As we make enough blocks a charity quilt is made to be given to someone in the community. Last month one of the quilters donated 11 quilts, 9 of which went to the police department to be used in their cruiser to give someone in need. Two are available to either go for sale on auction or be donated. We also have several quilt kits made up to be sold. People can come to one meeting or more. They can bring any quilting questions, and the leaders will help them.
Bring what you are working on or what you want to ask questions about. There are no stupid questions. Learn something new; share something old.
